Terms & Policies
Terms & Policies is the last section of App Settings, and the only one that isn't a control surface at all — it's where the legal and attribution material NEXUS is required to make available lives, so you're not left hunting for it outside the app.

Notes
Third-party attributions is a read-only credits list — it exists to satisfy the license obligations of the open-source code and assets NEXUS bundles, not to configure anything. Terms of Service and Privacy Policy both open in your default browser rather than an in-app view, since they're the same documents Chainabit publishes outside the app.
Telemetry is not decided here. When your version includes the optional Privacy & Diagnostics section, that is where the two off-by-default categories — usage statistics, and crash & error reports — are turned on, inspected, and withdrawn; this section only links to the policy that governs them.
